go towards?

Spay/Nueter
Spay & neuters can range between $200-$800 depending on the size, age and gender of the dogs.

Food
The rescue spends about $60 per month on dog food for each dog because we want to make sure they are getting all the nutrition they need. In some cases, the dogs also need additional supplements.

Vaccinations
Vaccinations, dewormer, heartworm preventative and tick & flea preventative range between $120-$300.

Crate, toys, leash, collar, etc
We ask all fosters to crate train their dog so we provide them with a crate, leash, collar, harness, toys, enrichment games, chew toys and more. On average we spend about $130 on these needs.

Vet Check Up & CVI
Every dog you adopt has a certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI). Vets can range between $50-$100 per visit

Unexpected Medical Expenses
Many times, the dogs we take in have specific medical needs which sometimes means emergency or specialty vet visits which can be pricey.
